Margaret Sanger was racist and had hoped that Planned Parenthood would reduce the Negro population but, Sanger was against abortion. Strange, but true. As far as the White woman and man calling in to donate money specifically for a black woman likely meant that they wanted a 'poor' black woman to benefit from their 'gift'.
