Just look at the NFL the first black head coach that won a Super Bowl. He did not win the Super Bowl from outsmarting the other white head coach the other head coach was black. That coach Mike Tomlin for the Steelers was handed a championship caliber football team. The only reason he still has a job as a head coach is because he’s black. The minority owners of the Pittsburgh Steelers wanted him gone 10 years ago but the majority owners the Rooney‘s want to keep him.
