The people of Clay's youth still had Christian moral standards while the country wasn't yet overrun by blacks, third world foreigners and heathen degenerates. An immoral people can't maintain a Republican form of government. It is not suited for them and the founders knew this. We would need a nationalist dictatorship to reorder society before we can ever get a functioning Republic back. Even then, a true Republic can't be maintained as long as there are global banksters with unlimited money creation to subvert and control it. Only a dictator or strong Monarchy is capable of defending a nation's sovereignty until the JWO is defeated and destroyed.
Yep - a limited monarchy for 10 years that could move quickly would be needed. The gov't that this man is representing is purely fiat.... All just part of the show.
