What point is he trying to make? All that really shows is his tap water has a higher ppm of dissolved solids.
You can get a distiller and pull alot of that out.Depends on how many times you want to run it through.They've screwed up the rain water too sadly, but I'm going to start distilling that too.I liv in Belixe for almost a decade doing archaeological stuff, and I learned many things from living in a 3rd world country.Get some clear thick plastic and you can get condensed water, takes awhile though.
Get a Berkey water filter, with the extra fluoride filter.
