Hitler approved the plan to evacuate tens of thousands of the party leadership, their families and towed midget submarines full of treasure to Argentina - which was a carefully executed, large operation. Being fully committed to such an operation would surely require that Hitler and key leaders be among the first evacuated. Hitler's body was never found and the remains attributed to Hitler and Eva outside the bunker were DNA tested and not a match - thus they were likely body doubles to fill the grave. There are multiple claims of Hitler sightings in Argentina and a remote estate he took refuge in.
