United Nations (government of governments) has taken over New York City. UN-NYC is the 4th sovereign city-state besides the vatican City, City of London, and City of Washington DC. This is proven IN LAW by 20 CFR § 422.103 (b)(2) providing: "We may enter into an agreement with officials of a State, including, for this purpose, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and New York City"

As you can see, DC is separate from the 50 states and is thus listed as separate from the 50 States... so is New York City. the UN HQ Treaty Annex 1 allows the UN to widen their territory to the City of New York and they did!!! They even issue their own birth certificates separate from the State of New york, just like DC issues b-certs separate from Maryland and Virginia.

UN has their own global citizenship called a UN National. by claiming to be a citizen of your local UN member-State, they are making you a UN National. See Paris Peace treaty, 1947, Art 78.

Donald Trump was born in NYC and thus is not actually a US Citizen but a UN National! Trump is not eligible for Presidency.
